What was the highlight of Davao Royal Suites and Residences
the location was great. staff was so helpful. what you paid is what you get.
dirty room, cockroach is running all over the bed; seriously? no slipper, water, dental kit shampoo the only amenities is soap. the room smell like a very old furnature.

What was the highlight of Davao Royal Suites and Residences
The staff were really friendly.
I called the reception 3 times for the towel, a male receptionist picked up the calls but no staff came to bring me the towel. So I have to go to the reception to get the towel myself. The reception lady was really nice and ask me to just call the reception if I need anything. I told her that I already called 3x. She told me then that she will ask someone to bring me the towel to my room. 5 minutes later, I got the towel.

What was the highlight of Davao Royal Suites and Residences
The Staff is friendly. I did a last minute booking fro 2 rooms and I had to cancel 1 room and they were very nice in accommodating my request and kind enough to waive their cancellation fee.
The mattress was so thin its like you are sleeping on a duvet and there are small roaches all over the room, bed, bathroom, cabinets.. all over. I was only staying a night so I did not make a fuss.

What was the highlight of Davao Royal Suites and Residences
I like the location and the breakfast. I like the whole concept.
Some furnitures are old and cockroaches on the sink & ive noticed theyre always on the soap. I can connect to the wifi but cant use it as it is so slow and end up using my data. Customer Service wise i dont like one of the male staff at the reception as he's grumpy. In Hospitality Industry SMILE is very import as it could make difference to the guests.
